This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures regarding how we collect, use, and disclose your information in terms of this website and the products and services that we offer our clients.

We may collect personal information about and from you if you contact us to inquire about our Foundation, if you make a donation, or register for one of our events. We collect information that is necessary for us to provide you the services that you request, to help serve your needs, to make customized offerings for you, and to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements.
Both the amount and type of information we collect will be limited to what is necessary for the reasons above. The purpose for collecting this data is to provide you the information and/or services you requested from us. We collect and hold your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide those services or to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements. We do not request or require sensitive or special category information.
By making a donation or registering for an event, you give consent for us to contact you regarding that donation or event as part of our commitment to customer service.

We also track email usage information to improve our emails, deliverability, and enhance the content sent to you. We are a U.S.-based company. Making a donation or registering for an event that requires you to voluntarily provide us with your personal information is an expression of consent to your personal information being sent from Europe as part of the transaction process.
